4. Upon receipt of payment confirmation, the office will confirm the appointment.

5. The designer or contractor will provide project details, including date and cost, via text, based on the project's scope.

6. If the proposed investment aligns with your budget, respond with "APPROVE" via text. We'll then send the contract via email or a provided link.

7. You have a 15-day window, starting from the estimate, to contact the office and finalize the contract signing.

8. Organize the down payment and choose a payment method.

9. Once the deposit is received, Vera Construction and Remodel will reserve the project start date.

10. The office will confirm the project's start date.
